The Stop Snoring Spray
The spray that I tried was effective in reducing my snoring but not eliminating my snoring. The spray tasted ok and was all natural but because of the fact that I was still snoring I have to say that I do not recommend it.
The Anti Snoring Mouthpiece
The mouthpiece was a promising remedy in that the first couple of nights I used it it stopped my snoring. However there were problems that I simply could not overlook. The mouthpiece made me drool like crazy. So much so in fact that it woke me up. Plus the mouthpiece kept falling out of my mouth and when it did I would start snoring again.
The Stop Snoring Chin Strap
The chin strap anti snoring devices were similar to the mouthpiece in that they worked but were so uncomfortable that I couldn’t stand wearing them more than a few nights. The pillow is designed to keep your chin and your chest in the proper position to allow your airway to be opened as widely as possible. It’s also supposed to keep your jaw in a forward position which is also key in preventing snoring.
Snoring is a result of the soft tissues in your airway vibrating. They vibrate because there is partial blockage of your airway. You have a lot of air trying to pass through a small space at a higher velocity which causes the vibration.
So, Does The Snore No More Pillow Actually Work?
The pillow is supposed to fix this problem. But after trying it myself and reading several anti snore reviews on the pillow I have come to the conclusion that it does not work. The science of sleep is very complicated and snoring is a very complex problem that requires a complex solution. A snoring pillow may not sound like a complex device but in reality it must accomplish several things before it can completely eliminate snoring.
The Snore No More pillow did not accomplish that. I found that it didn’t properly align my spine and head and that when I rolled over on my side I would start snoring again. So only after a few days I packed up the pillow and sent it back to the company for a refund.
